Recent Ajira portal new updates has officially released on 15th August 2025. The updates include various features in the User Interface (UI) design, and some functionalities as we will discuss in this article. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ajira portal has added a mandatory required update on the academic qualification tab. Every Ajira portal user is required to do a onetime verification to verify their ordinary level education certificates. This mandatory update appears once the user navigates the ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION tab.
How to verify form four certificate (CSE) in Ajira portal?
In order to verify your CSE results in ajira portal, you need to follow the following steps;
- login into your account by using this link here
- Navigate the Academic qualification Tab by tapping the left menu icon.
- A notification for verifying results will pop up.
- Enter you form four index number as shown in the box, make sure to use correct format which is S0000-0000 or P0000-0000.
- Enter the year of form four completion.
- Tap the verify button to verify your results.
ACCOUNT STATISTICS
Ajira portal interface has now added a section to see account statistics. The system shows the applied jobs, shortlisted applications, attended written interviews and number of oral interviews attended. The interface is available at the dashboard section of your Ajira portal account. This will help to quickly evaluate your progress on the job seeking process.
So, now a system user can see how many jobs applied, how many applications were successful (number of shortlists), how many written interviews the user attended, and how many oral interviews the user has sat so far.
VACANCIES TAB
Now the portal has equipped with a new look on Vacancies tab. The vacancies tab is now showing the details in a clear and perfect way then earlier in all devices. Previously the system was not showing the job titles on the vacancies tab (For desktop users), but now everything is well even for desktop users and all functions like search bar and entries tab are now working fine.
PERSONAL DETAILS
There are also minor changes in the personal details tab of your Ajira portal account. The new Ajira portal updates has added the NIN sections and therefore you can now see your NIDA number on your Ajira portal account instead of seeing only names and some demographics details.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE
The new Ajira portal system changes has improved the overall user experience, starting from the system’s look and feel to the system functionality. The cool system animations, awesome graphics and fonts have been added on the system.
