Last year, we provided grants worth $4.7 million to organizations that promote HIV testing, awareness, prevention, treatment, and more. Since 1987, LMFAR has cared for millions of people living with HIV and AIDS worldwide.

01. District Programme Managers – TUWALINDE PROJECT – 26 Positions
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the NGO’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
02. Zonal Programme Managers – TUWALINDE PROJECT 4 Positions

03. Laboratory Technicians – TUWALINDE PROJECT 20 Positions
We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. You will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to a laboratory manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working under possibly hazardous conditions (e.g. pathogens or chemicals). He/She will be well-trained to maintain safety conditions and will be passionate for doing work that makes things move forward.
The goal is to optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used to make a difference.
04. Medical Doctors Jobs at TUWAJALI PROJECT – 14 Positions
We are looking to hire a doctor with outstanding medical knowledge and excellent counseling skills. Doctors are expected to be compassionate, have attentive listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a genuine concern for patients and a passion to be of service and heal people.
To ensure success, doctors should have fantastic organizational and time management skills, the ability to make effective decisions, and an innate ability to manage change. 05. Registered Nurses – TUWALINDE PROJECT -20 Positions
We are looking for a registered nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our patients. Your duty of caring for the patients coming into our facility include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a state license are essential requirements for consideration. You will also need to be trained in BLS/CPR and be ACLS-certified. A professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are keys to becoming successful in this role.

06. Administrative Officers – TUWALINDE PROJECT 4 Positions
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
We are looking for a hard-working outreach coordinator to join our organization. The outreach coordinator’s responsibilities include data collection and analysis, representing our organization at trade fairs, organizing media events, fundraising, and coordinating volunteer activities.
To be a successful outreach coordinator, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should also be skilled in the use of institutional databases and research methods, as well as in handling administrative duties.
08. Data Collection Officers -TUWALINDE PROJECT 26 Positions
We are searching for a Data Collector to assist us in maintaining our market data database. Your responsibilities will include data entry with an occasional requirement to scan documents. The sources from which you will collect data include public surveys and our internal database. You will use our modelling software to create presentations in the form of a planogram. You should be adept at using computers and mobile devices for uploading data in an efficient manner. The ideal individual will have experience in data collection and preferably hold an Associate’s degree in Information Technology.
09. Finance Officers – TUWALINDE PROJECT 8 Positions
We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial health of our NGO by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.
You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
